Nursery Manager - Lauren
Nicole is the Manager of Prendergast Ladywell School Nursery which opened in September 2026.
Lauren has worked in Early Years for 15 years and has managed full day care nurseries for the past 12 years. Lauren achieved outstanding in her last Ofsted inspection.
Lauren holds a level 3 in Early years education and level 2 & 3 in Management.
